The National Monuments Service's description

The remains of St. Movee’s chapel are situated within a walled graveyard by a roadside which traverses an early ecclesiastical enclosure, and close to Sr. Movee’s holy well. The foundations survive, forming a small rectangular building (int dims. 9m E-W, 4.5m N-S, wall thickness:1.2m). Built of roughly coursed masonry with a rubble core. Large boulders were used in the make-up of the N wall. Entrance in western end of the south wall. A shard of 13th century pottery was found in the rubble core during a 1992 clean-up by Dublin Co.Co.
