The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a S-facing slope in an elevated position under tillage. An aerial photograph (CUCAP, BDS 58) shows a cropmark of a circular enclosure (diam. c. 35m) with a sub-rectangular annexe at NW. Not visible at ground level. Excavations in 1995 revealed patches of burnt soil and ash spread associated with a bowl-shaped hollow. No artefacts found (Breen 1996, 13).
