The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on the northern, very steep, slope of a saddle-backed ridge, close to the townland boundary. The site comprises a circular round-topped mound (diam.7.5m; H 1m). Considered to be the smallest of the possible barrows in an extensive cemetery identified by Keeling (1983, 70, Site IV). Overgrown with gorse, single moss-covered stone on top.
