The National Monuments Service's description
A previous report (NMI) indicated a souterrain consisting of two chambers linked by a passage. Chamber 1 was c. 10ft long, 4ft wide and 4ft high. The passage was 6ft long and 1ft 6in wide. Chamber 2 was 14ft long. There were some indications of a possible 'further cavity'. There are now no surface indications. The site is located in pasture with much rock outcrop.
