The National Monuments Service's description
Internal diam. c. 10m. A subcircular area enclosed by a collapsed stone wall. The original width of the wall seems to have been c. 1.65m. Some rock outcrop has been incorporated in the wall. The site is located on the top of a knoll in undulating, rocky, rough ground.
The above description was derived from the 'Archaeological Survey of County Donegal. A description of the field antiquities of the County from the Mesolithic Period to the 17th century.'
