In poorly drained rushy covered mountain pasture, in small river valley, on the SE facing slope of Leahan Mountain with views of the sea to the S and Slieve League to the W. This is one hut site of a clustered settlement of 6 hut sites (DG089-026004/010-). A cluster of 3 hut sites (DG089-026001/003-) are located 100m to the W. The poorly preserved heather covered remains of a rectangular hut site (int. dims 2.32m x 1.35m) which has been built in to the side of the SE facing slope defined by a heather covered drystone wall which survives 5 courses high. Nearby hut site (DG089-026010-) to SE. Located in an area of a dense concentration of hut sites which appear to make up a clustered settlement (DG089-026001/021).
