The National Monuments Service's description
Marked as a 'Cairn' on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map and shown as a lime kiln on the 2nd edition. There is now no trace of the feature. It was located in gently rolling pasture sloping N towards the River Finn.
The above description was derived from the 'Archaeological Survey of County Donegal. A description of the field antiquities of the County from the Mesolithic Period to the 17th century.'
