The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on SE facing slope of rock outcrop in an are of poorly drained land immmediately to N of newly constructed silage pit. Natural rock outcrop with single bowl (diam. 0.3m ; D 0.3-0.45m) that is very circular and deep and has been well worked into the surface of the rock outcrop.
