The National Monuments Service's description
Cropmarks here reveal considerable rearrangement of the field systems. A definite circular enclosure c. 60m in diameter was located on top of a small hillock and there are indications of other possible enclosures to the SE. The site is located in excellent land (St. Joseph, AVR 56).
The above description was derived from the 'Archaeological Survey of County Donegal. A description of the field antiquities of the County from the Mesolithic Period to the 17th century.'
