The National Monuments Service's description
Semi-circular shaped area enclosed by the wall footings of a drystone wall which forms a D-shaped enclosure by running off the W facing rock outcrop which forms the E wall of this enclosure. The enclosure is situated in flat pasture on the W facing slope of rising land in upland area with a hilltop cashel (DG015-011-) located 130m to the E. The remains of a curvilinear drystone field wall (DG014-040002-) can be seen enclosing the drystone walled enclosure from S through W to N. This curving field wall appears to be part of a field system contemporaneous with the enclosure.
