The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on natural rock outcrop in an area of heather covered bog overlooking Lough Fad which is 130m to the N. Nearby panel of rock art (DG010-037) located 210m to the W. Surface of rock outcrop which has at least three cup and ring motifs carved onto the surface of the exposed rock. The cups vary in diameter from 0.04m- 0.07m with enclosing rings varying in overall diameter from 0.11m-0.16m.
