The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on relatively low-lying ground, with a W facing aspect. Brandon Hill is visible to the SSW and to the WSW are the Coppanagh Hills. An earthfast granite boulder, slightly crescent-shaped (1.8m N-S; 0.7m E-W; H 0.15m) with 5 cup marks visible on the highest part. The two largest cups are 8cm and 9cm across and 2cm deep while the remainder range between 4.5cm and 6cm across.
