The National Monuments Service's description
In tillage. A sub-rectangular enclosure (dims. c. 75m NW-SE; c. 64m NE-SW), with rounded angles in the NE and SE quadrants, identified as a cropmark on Google Earth Pro imagery (imagery date 14 July 2018) by Jean-Charles Caillère and Simon Dowling. The enclosure is defined by a wide deep fosse (Wth c. 4-5m). There appears to be an internal rectangular sub-division (dims. c. 40m NW-SE; c. 36m NE-SW) utilising the S and W side of the larger enclosure. The enclosure is largely within a confines of a later field (c. 100m NE-SW x c. 75m NW-SE), indicated on the 1st ed. OS 6-inch map, and evident on Google Earth Pro imagery as a cropmark. There is an enclosure (CW017-066----) c. 145m to the W and a ring-ditch (CW017-068----) c. 120m to the SW.
