The National Monuments Service's description
S of Bagnelstown and c. 800m E of the River Barrow. A circular enclosure (diam. c. 36m) identified as the cropmark of a fosse on satellite imagery (Google Earth satellite imagery, 19 July 2021) by Jean-Charles Caillère. The W half of the enclosure has possibly been truncated by the construction of a N-S running railway line, now disused. Only the E half is visible as a cropmark in tillage.
