The National Monuments Service's description

Discovered in 1955 during ground disturbance and subsequently excavated by Breandán Ó Ríordáin (NMI). Two inhumation burials were uncovered, one in a short cist (L 0.80m; Wth 0.52m wide; H 0.32m) and the second underneath a slab. (Cahill and Sikora 2011, Vol. 1, 68-71).
