The National Monuments Service's description

A pair of granite stones 3m apart. The stone to the W has rounded sides and a rectangular cross-section (H 1.5m; 0.8m x 0.5m). The stone to the E (ogham inscribed) has angular sides and a triangular cross-section (H 1.3m; 0.62m x 0.82m x 0.65m). The ogham inscription reads: DUNAIDONAS MAQI MARIANI ('of Dúnáed son of Marianus') and is visible on two edges facing the other stone (Macalister 1945, 19, no. 16). The chocking stones of both sockets are exposed. (Brindley and Kilfeather 1993, no. 100).
