The National Monuments Service's description
Indicated on the 1938-9 OS 6-inch map but not on the first edition. Just off summit of hill. Large approximately oval area (map dims. c. 176 NW-SE; c. 136 NE-SW) enclosed by earthen bank with stone facing. Heavily overgrown at time of inspection by ASI in October 1988.
