The following description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Carlow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1993). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
Date of upload/revision: 17 July 2007
Rectangular structure (7.4m N-S; 10.7m E-W; wall T 1.1m) of roughly coursed granite boulders. Wall at N stands to c. 3m high. Other walls represented by lowest courses only. No evidence for entrance, loops or vault.
