Centrally positioned within a sub-square graveyard (CW012-022003-), the present remains consist of lower courses of N and S walls (H c. 1m) and E gable of simple rectangular structure recently rebuilt. Aligned ENE-WSW (c. 16.6m x 6.5m), of roughly coursed limestone, sandstone and split rubble with limestone quoins. Narrow ope with chamfered limestone jambs and sill and reconstructed rear arch in E gable. Rectangular cupboard (6.45m x 0.40m) inside S wall by E gable. Circular granite font now stands in nave. No indications of doorway and ope in S wall mentioned by O'Donovan (OSL 1839, 27). Holy well (CW012-067----) 150m to E.
