The National Monuments Service's description
Raised circular area (int. diam. c. 50m) enclosed by an earthen bank and the remains of a fosse which is bounded by a stream from W-N. From E-S-W bank has been modified and incorporated into the field boundary. A modern field boundary running NNW-SSE divides the site into two roughly equal portions. Original entrance not recognisable.
