The National Monuments Service's description
Indicated on OS 1836 and 1876 eds. Situated on the ESE shoulder of a low mountainous hill. A small beehive-shaped, drystone-built structure, roofed internally by four small flat slabs. Low lintelled entrance at NW (H 1.25m; Wth 0.6m). (Richardson 1939, 34)
