The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on a hilltop and surrounded by trees are the impressive remains of a substantial wedge tomb (CV004-005----). The rock art occurs on the upper surface of the western-most roofstone covering the portico. It comprise a series of cup-marks and at least two cup-and-ring motifs. (de Valera and Ó Nualláin 1972, 106-8, No. 5; Burns and Nolan 2007)
