The National Monuments Service's description

On demense of Leamcon House; bridge over stream with lintelled rectangular chamber (H 1.8m; 4m E-W; 0.8m N-S) in core. Stream from N passes through lintelled ope (H 0.7m; Wth 0.36m); above this in horizontal line of three further lintelled opes (H 0.38m; Wth 0.55m); all give access to the central rectangular chamber. Stream exits to S through linteled ope (H 1.5m; Wth 0.4m) divided horizontally by thin sloping slab. Overflow channel through bridge to W. Upstream channel rock cut.
