The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on gentle NW-facing slope. Roughly circular, slightly raised area (48.5m N-S; 45m E-W) enclosed by earth and stone bank (H 0.65m). Interior features:
(1). Just N of centre is circular raised area (18m N-S; 17m E-W) defined by scarp (H 1m). Within this, sod-covered foundations of rectangular structure (7m NE-SW; 5.5m NW-SE; H 0.7m), possible remains of simple oratory (CO148-007003-). Annexe on SW side formed by arc of low earthen bank.
(2). Circular hut site (6m N-S; 6m E-W) in NE quadrant; defined by collapsed stone wall (H 0.65m), now grass-covered. Low, uninscribed upright stones in interior may mark burials.
(3). Line of six upright stones, long axis N-S, in SE quadrant, may by grave markers.
