The National Monuments Service's description
In the NW corner of a graveyard (CO143-029001-) in which are the remains of Templefachtna (CO143-029002-). Windele noticed a rectangular block of stone (c. 1.06m x 0.47m x 0.22m) partly concealed by grass on which he identified a single letter, either Q or N, of an ogham inscription roughly in the middle of one of the long angles (Macalister 1945, vol. 1, 81). This stone could not be located in the graveyard and no local information about its whereabouts was gained. (Ronan et al. 2009, no. 16164)
