The National Monuments Service's description
In centre of graveyard (CO142-018001-). Church (12.5m E-W; 5.95m N-S) wall thickness 0.75m) overgrown; with tower to W; SW corner of interior used as burial place of Powells. Dismantled early 19th century when churches were built in Union Hall and Leap (Webster 1932, 280). According to O'Donoghue (1986, 44) church known as 'An teampuillín bán'.
