The National Monuments Service's description

In low flat pasture in basin of Feagle river. Stone block (2.8m x 2m; 0.7m) possible cover of boulder burial. Standing stone (CO135-129---) beside boulder to W; multiple stone circle (CO135-005001-) 50m to S. (O Nualláin 1984, No. 35).

The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 1: West Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1992). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
