The National Monuments Service's description
In level pasture, overlooking Blackball Head. This standing stone (1.5m x 0.28m; H 1.3m) is irregular in section and is orientated SSW-NNE. The tops of packing-stones are visible. There is a hut site (CO127-035001-) situated 1m to the NE.
