The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on N-facing slope of E-W ridge. Circular area (28m N-S; 29m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (H 1.3m) NW->SE; scarp (H 2.75m) SE->NW; external fosse (D 0.8m), waterlogged to N. Second bank (H 0.5m) NE->NW. Entrance to E, with causeway.
