The National Monuments Service's description

Roadside corn mill, just N of Ballinascarty, on Owenkeagh river. Partially destroyed L-shaped, 4-storey structure. Wheel pit (Wth 2.6m) with bearing-stones along S elevation. Mill race taken from river to N; now dry. Miller's house attached to E.
