The National Monuments Service's description
In a level pasture field, surrounded by undulating farmland to the SW of Ballingurteen village. This standing stone (1.4m x 0.45m; H 1m) leans slightly to the NW and is orientated NE-SW. The stone narrows as it rises to a roughly rounded top.
