The National Monuments Service's description

In rolling pasture. Circular raised area (diam. c. 40m) defined by scarp (H 1.3m); slope from scarp forms a fosse separating it from two concentric earthen banks with intervening fosse. Inner bank (H 1.45m) visible to N, Sand W. Outer bank (H 0.9m) survives to NE, with shallow external fosse (D 0.4m). Enclosure heavily overgrown with bushes.
