The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on gentle W-facing slope. Stone-faced subcircular mound (H 1.95m; 6m E-W; 6.5m N-S) of earth over stone, kept level by scarp. According to local tradition, used as gun emplacement to attack Castle Donovan (CO119-017002-).
