The National Monuments Service's description
In rough grazing, some of which is reclaimed. A horseshoe-shaped mound (11.5m NE-SW; 10m NW-SE; H 0.7m) of heat-shattered stones and charcoal-enriched soil, partially covered by gorse and briars. The opening (Wth 2.8m) faces NW. A standing stone (CO118-047----) lies c. 170m to the SW.
