The National Monuments Service's description

In rough hill pasture, on a break on a steep E-facing peaty slope. The remains of a circular hut site (diam. 2.8m) defined by a collapsed drystone wall (T 0.55m; H 0.3m). Stones from the collapsed wall are scattered along the perimeter. The hut site is raised (H 0.3m) at the E and cut (D 0.2m) into the upslope at the W, creating a level interior. There is a hut site (CO115-116001-) 4m to the NE and another hut site (CO115-116003-) is 4m to the SW.

The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 5' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009).
