The National Monuments Service's description

In rough hill pasture, on blanket bog on an E-facing slope. A kidney-shaped mound (7.9m NE-SW; 4.1m NW-SE; H 0.45m) of heat-shattered stones and charcoal-enriched soil. The opening (Wth 1.5m) faces NW onto a dry channel from a stream to the SW. A fulacht fia and a burnt mound (CO115-137003-, CO115-137001-) lie c. 20m to the NE and c. 30m to the NW, respectively. One wall from a network of field boundaries (CO115-137008-) lies immediately to the N.
