The National Monuments Service's description
On SE side of rocky ridge to N of reclaimed field. On upper flat surface of wedge-shaped rock outcrop, are five regular bowl shaped hollows (diam. 0.18m to 0.29m; D 0.05m to 0.15m), aligned E-W forming slight arc. Locally known as the "fairy ring". (O'Brien 1970, 16)
