The National Monuments Service's description

In rough upland grazing, on blanket bog, on a S-facing slope on the S foothills of Miskish Mountain. One of a cluster of eight cairns (CO114-081001-; CO114-081002-; CO114-081003-; CO114-081004-; CO114-081005-; CO114-081007-; CO114-081008-). A sod-covered circular cairn (diam. 3.6m; H 0.7m) whose stony material is exposed at the N. The cairn is set in bog and covered with gorse and heather. One of the other cairns (CO114-081005-) is c. 11m to the SSW and another (CO114-081007-) is c. 10m to the NE.
