The National Monuments Service's description
O'Ríordain (1931, 5) describes underground passage opening into chambers of dry-stone masonry, discovered c. 1893. Circular area in same field is said to grow certain crops badly. Find of "some kind of ring" in souterrain. (Ó Ríordain 1931, 5). Exact location not known.
