The National Monuments Service's description

In rough grazing, on the floor of a valley with views SW to Castledonovan. The remains of a D-shaped hut site (2m N-S) defined by a jumbled, curving, stone wall (T 0.6m; H 0.45m) with a straight N side (L 2.8m) which is formed by the external S arc of an enclosure (CO106-066----). The stone wall of the hut site protrudes above the surface of the peaty soil. The well-defined entrance to the enclosure is c. 2m to the E.
