The National Monuments Service's description
In rough grazing overlooking Mealagh River to S. Rectangular stone (H 1.5m; 1m x 0.3m) aligned NE-SW. Myler (1998, 72) records this stone as being 'located to the north of the road on the higher ground opposite the previous stone (CO106-037----). It is in pasture on a south facing slope with a stone ditch to its eastern side'.
