The National Monuments Service's description
Late 18th/early 19th century 2-storey house over basement. Entrance front (N) of 3 bays (basement not visible); central doorway with semi-circular fanlight obscured by porch. View front (S) of 4 bays; 2-storey overbasement. Hipped roof with central valley; projecting eaves. Ornate castellated gothic-style addition to E built in 1903 with water tower. One-storey extension to W. Courtyard of farm buildings (CO098-041001-) to NW; entrance façade with central pedimented archway and bell-cote; date stone inscribed '1840' on pediment. Mausoleum of previous owner in field to S.
