The National Monuments Service's description

In tillage, on a N-facing slope in the NE quadrant of an ecclesiastical enclosure (CO098-037001-). A roughly square spread (c. 20m N-S; c. 20m E-W) of heat-shattered stones and charcoal-enriched soil is visible c. 20m NE of a well. A metalworking site (CO098-037006-) lies c. 65m to the E.
