The National Monuments Service's description
Abandoned mid 18th century 2-storey, double-gable-ended house. Entrance front (N) of 5 bays; central breakfront with round-headed door (plaster surround) at ground level, flanked by side lights; round-headed window flanked by side lights at 1st floor overhead. W gables have attic windows and tile inscribed 'BTM 1758'; E gables partially collapsed. Farm buildings to S incorporating forge with projecting chimney (CO097-014002-), lower courses stone built, upper courses brick.
