The National Monuments Service's description
In commanding position above Wright's Glen. Circular, heavily overgrown area (34m N-S; 33m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (H 1.3m), with silted-up external fosse. Gap in bank (Wth 3m) to NE. Ó Ríordáin (1932, 100) noted 'an earthen mound' in the interior; no longer evident.
