The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, with a commanding view over the undulating countryside S and W to Shehy More mountain. The ground rises to the E and there is a coniferous wood to the N. Two rough quartz stones, aligned ENE-WSW, measure 2.9m in overall length. The ENE stone (0.8m x 0.7m; H 1.2m) stands 1.4m from the WSW stone (0.7m x 0.6m; H 1.05m). A boulder-burial (CO094-130003----) stands 0.75m to the WSW and a second example (CO094-130001-) is c. 23m to the NNE.
