The National Monuments Service's description
Fragmentary remains of tower-house at base SW facing slope with higher ground to W and NW. North wall (11.7m E-W) survives to 1st floor level; short returns to E (int. 4.2m) and W (int. 2m) walls; ivy clad. Remains of two lintelled window opes in N wall at ground level; central fireplace on 1st floor. A castle of the Crowley clan (Healy 1988, 280).
