The National Monuments Service's description

On top bog-covered ridge, overlooking Coomhola river valley. Cairn largely peat-covered (H c. 1m; diam. c. 7m). Two stones stand on perimeter; E stone measures (H 0.8m; L 0.6m; D 0.8m); W stone measures (H 0.8m; L 0.8m; D 0.5m). Five-stone circle (CO092-01601-) 5.5m to W. (Ó Nualláin 1984, No. 78).
