The National Monuments Service's description
According to local information, stone once stood approx. 300m NNW of standing stone (CO086-053----). Around 1990 attempt made to break it up failed; buried close by. Stone (c. 6ft x c. 2ft x c. 2ft) partially exposed during ploughing; later removed to nearby field fence (to NWN). (pers. comm. S. O'Mahony)
