The National Monuments Service's description
In levelled ringfort (CO084-09001-). Described (Lyons 1893, 146) as earth-cut except at the narrow end which was stone built and roofed over with large flags. The chamber which Lyons entered was 16 ft long x 5 ft wide x4 ft in height. An ogham stone (CO084-09003-) found earlier within the ringfort was thought to have come from the souterrain. No visible surface trace.
